Rumor: iOS 4.3 Beta 3 to be Released to Developers Today

BGR reports that Apple may release iOS 4.3 beta 3 to developers as early as today. The release will be known as build number 8F5166b, the third release of iOS 4.3.

According to BGR, beta 2 was said to have iPad FaceTime support, PhotoBooth apps and a PhotoStream service.
