Technology (Spl) Education is having a two-day Educational App Event
San Francisco, California – Technology (Spl) Education is having a two-day Educational App Event and HUGE App SALE. Over 76 app developers and 175 apps will be participating in Technology (Spl) Education APPy TechInEd Educator Event February 17th and 18th. This is part of a series of APPy Events that Technology (Spl) Education organizes on Facebook. This one is exclusively designed for educators to discover new apps, learn more about apps, network with developers.
WHAT: This event was organized to provide educators an opportunity to interact with developers and influence the development of future educational apps.

WHEN: February 17- 18, 2012. The event will be hosted by two Special Education Teachers from Ohio, Morgan Kolis and Melanie Broxterman.
Technology in SPL Education was established in the early 2011 to collect and share tools, hardware and applications available for the enhancement of technology in education with emphasis in Special education. The team categorizes information about apps for children with special needs so that parents, educators and other professionals who work with kids with special needs can benefit from his research and review of relevant apps.
