App helps people succeed – by tracking goals and uncovering weaknesses
Sydney, Australia – Lexington Creative is pleased to announce the release of The Winner’s Journal, a self-improvement app for iPhone and iPod touch. Opening the app for the first time, users sets 5 goals they wish to achieve on a daily basis (such as “get to work on time”, “give someone a compliment” or “do some kind of exercise”). Then in their daily journal entries, users select the goals they have achieved that day and add a short notation for each (eg. “I told Jane her hair looked nice”). They then enter things they need to improve, either selecting from previous “to improve” items or entering new ones.
Users can view a goal summary page to see the number of days each goal has been reached and their top 3 “to improve” items. The app also allows users to look back on previous journal entries to analyze their progress more closely. The app includes a motivation section where users record why it is important to meet their daily goals. It also has a tips section with handy hints on achieving goals and learning from mistakes.
The Winner’s Journal was the brainchild of Alexander Harrington of Lexington Creative. He came up with the idea when he was unable to find an app that allowed him to meet daily goals to improve his life, while also uncovering his failings.
