Twomon 1.4.7 for iOS – Dual Monitor + Remote Control of Windows PCs

Seoul, Korea, Republic Of – DEVGURU today is pleased to announce Twomon 1.4.7 for iOS, an update to its productivity app that allows iDevice owners to use their iPad or iPhone as a dual monitor with a PC, or to remote control their Windows desktop or notebook computer. As a mirror of the computer screen, the iDevice can be used for web surfing, document editing, watching video files, etc. Twomon’s remote control capability allows complete control of a PC, and the app supplies touch control, joystick capabilities, remote sound, keyboard, keypad, notepad, and calculator. The update includes support for 3G and LTE, and Google account sync.

Operation of Twomon requires that users download the download the free, PC server software. Once installed on their Windows machine, the Twomon app can select it and connect. The control window of the app allows users to control touch input, image quality, mirroring/extending, PC sound on/off, touch control joystick, numeric keypad, alphanumeric or custom keyboard, notes, calculator, etc.

Users will enjoy the ease and convenience of remote, touch control. The operating menu is activated with a three-finger touch, and a mouse click is a single finger touch. A right button click is achieved by adding a second finger to a one-finger touch, and a double click is done by tapping twice with a single finger. Dragging requires a combination double click/drag, and the pinch gesture enlarges and reduces the screen size. Other gesture-controlled actions are built-in, including: move screen, select a screen, move scroll bar, change screen resolution, and move between screens.
