Ottawa, Canada – Anytune, the top rated music practice app in the App Store that enables musicians of all kinds to slow down music without changing the pitch, today announced the launch of Anytune 3.9. Singers and musicians can now view lyrics or watch guitar tabs scroll in time to their favourite songs while adjusting the tempo or tuning the song to their instrument or voice. Musicians of all kinds can benefit from better song organization options, enhanced sound field panning, and iCloud backup.

“Anytune is a remarkable music practice app because of our focus on fast, friendly customer support. Communicating with customers provides us with great new feature ideas that we incorporate into regular updates.” said CTO Sean Kormilo. “Undoubtedly that is a large factor in Anytune Pro+’s five star App Store rating.”

Keeping with the tradition of focusing on customer requested features, the latest release of Anytune for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch provides something new for musicians of all kinds.

Anytune now offers built in lyrics editing and autoscrolling, a first among slow downer apps. Singers and guitarists alike can benefit from Anytune’s new built in lyrics editing and autoscrolling support. These features allow song lyrics or guitar tabs to scroll in time to the song. Singers no longer need to manually position the words and guitarists can add guitar tabs, which will scroll with the music as they play along.

The ability to organize songs into playlists and folders will help simplify the life of a busy music teacher or gigging musician. Transcribers can now move an instrument to center stage and focus on the sound in both ears with the new ability to pan the stereo field. Of course everyone will appreciate iCloud backup which allows for simple saving and sharing of different versions of saved navigation marks, loops and EQ settings across iOS devices and Macs.

Anytune 3.9 is now available for download in the App Store.
