With hundreds of games being uploaded each hour, the game selection for the iPad leaves you with plenty of options-unlike the launch of the iPhone. We’ve comprised a list of what we believe are the top 10 games for the iPad that are available RIGHT NOW.

10.) Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2, sells for $9.99 from Activision Publishing . Why? Re-living your childhood memories from Nintendo 64 couldn’t be any more fun. Now, Activision has made it possible.




9.) Asphalt 5, sells for $6.99 from Gameloft. Why? If you are looking for arcade racing then Asphalt 5 is a good selection. As the 5th title in their series, Gameloft has done it right with gameplay, graphics, and more.








8.) Labyrinth 2 HD, sells for $7.99 from Illusion Labs . Why? Puzzle games are fun, especially when you toss physics into the mix. With a level editor to boot, Labyrinth 2 HD is a great sequel title in HD.

7.) Jelly Car 2, sells for $2.99 from Walt Disney. Why? The original Jelly Car series on the iPhone is a very fun game for all ages. Now with a larger screen and upgraded jelly-ness, JC2 is sure to provide hours of entertainment for all ages…especially the kids during a long car ride.

6.) Harbor Master HD, sells for FREE from Imangi Studios. Why? Harbor Master on the iPhone is an extremely addicting game. Now for the iPad, you can catch additional levels, challenges, multiplaying action, and more. Best of all, the app is FREE!

5.) Real Racing HD, sells for $9.99 from Firemint. Why? Real Racing was a huge success on the iPhone and pushed the boundaries of simulation on the iPhone. You can expect these bars to be pushed further once again, in stunning HD on the iPad.

4.) Minigore HD, sells for $4.99 from Chillingo. Why? If you are huge fans of Minigore like we are, additional levels, characters and HD gameplay on the iPad will have you sold as well.

3.) NOVA, sells for $9.99 from Gameloft. Why? You can’t get any closer to multiplaying, FPS destroying action on a larger portable device. It’s like a portable Xbox 360.

2.) Call of Duty: World at War Zombies, sells for $14.99 from Activision Publishing, Inc. Why? While COD is one of the more expensive games at $14.99, it offers the best “console” experience to date on any portable device. Insane!

1.) Flight Control HD, sells for $4.99 from Firemint. Why? It’s the first game available in 3D! You’ll need the cheap paper glasses found at movie theaters but the gaming experience is unreal.
