First iPad Theft on Record in New Hampshire

Yes, we all knew it was just a matter of time before an iPad was stolen, but this soon? Mohamed Aboutaleb of New Hampshire was robbed at a local Best Buy parking lot shortly after making his purchase in the morning. The perpetrators, who remain at large, were part of a shove-and-grab scheme with one grabbing the shopping bag containing the iPad and the other driving the getaway car.

The Manchester Police Department would like anyone with information regarding this case to contact them. Perhaps MobileMe subscribers should unbox the iPad and activate their Find My iPad feature on the device before leaving the store from now on.
