Ravensburger Digital has launched the new iOS board game Puerto Rico HD. The app has new animation from the board game for the buildings and plantations, as well as new in-game cut scenes. Players are one of 2-4 other governors of Puerto Rico and have to build their town’s economies and industry to gain the most victory points and win the game. It’s also severely addicting: I was playing a game with some of our interns last week and we got crushed by the AI (I had set it at uber difficult). We kinda paused for a second, looked at each other, and then dived into another game. HD graphics, online Game Center, all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a big new game.Read more
