Blurtt, a new iPhone app, is a communications tool that people can use to help better express themselves through a combination of images and text. Here’s how it works: in the app a user searches the net for the right image, then adds their own text to it, edits and crops it, and finally shares it via Twitter, Facebook, email, or text.
