The US Department of Health and Human Services has mandated the replacement of the ICD-9-CM code sets used by medical coders and billers to report health care diagnoses and procedures with ICD-10 code sets, effective Oct. 1, 2013. Black Knight Labs help to make the transition from ICD-9-CM to ICD-10 easier by providing handy pocket references to the complete set of ICD-10 codes. Features enable users to browse all ICD-10 codes by category, or search by code description, and review coding notes.
