Ontario based Oakville Stamping & Bending today introduces Gardener’s Buddy 1.0, their plant mapping and recording app for iPad. Starting with a user created sketch or map, the app allows the gardener to create graphical overlays indicating plant types and complete annotated details. The app generates and saves 25 maps, and the gardener uses one per month to record new plantings. There are seven layers with icons denoting: trees, bushes, bulbs, perennials, annuals, herbs, and vegetables.
