BGR reports that Apple may release iOS 4.3 beta 3 to developers as early as today. The release will be known as build number 8F5166b, the third release of iOS 4.3.

According to Digitimes, the next generation iPad may begin shipping at the end of February 2011. As you all remember, the iPad wasn’t available till April, so if what they’re reporting is indeed true, this event would come in two months earlier than expected.

According to a MacStories’ source, Apple will release the much anticipated iOS 4.2 update on Friday, November 12th at 10 a.m. Tomorrow, we will see the release of iTunes 10.1 and Mac OS X 10.6.5 via Software Update which must be installed in order to run the new AirPlay and AirPrint features found in iOS 4.2.

According to a report by Engadget, a tipster had alerted them to the possibility that the Apple iPad may be headed for Target stores by early next month. A list was sent to Engadget regarding a product with six versions that will end up in the store’s digital audio section, that also show item prices matching those of the iPad.

According to a statement made by person claiming familiarity with the product to Cult of Mac, a digital copy of the Wall Street Journal for iPad will cost you a whopping, $18 each month. That’s $216 a year folks!
