California based PhatWare Corporation today announces WritePad SDK 2.0, their new generation of the state-of-the-art handwriting recognition Software Development Kit for iPad and iPhone developers. WritePad SDK for iOS enables handwriting recognition based text input in third party applications on iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch devices. It is currently available in 4 languages, including English, German, French, and Spanish with more languages to be announced soon.
Barnes & Noble’s NOOK Developer program has added Ansca Mobile’s Corona SDK as one of the recommended frameworks for development of NOOK Apps on NOOK Color. With Corona SDK, developers can write code once and build apps and games for both iOS and Android at the touch of a button.
