A Los Angeles entrepreneur was struck with an idea so simple it was ingenious. Now, that idea has taken the Kickstarter world by storm, and soared past the $100,000 milestone with more than 6,250 backers. It’s the Smarter Stand by Dotan Saguy: two clips that create new, comfortable angles for the iPad. Saguy’s initial funding goal was a modest $10,000 but that was met after only 24 hours of posting on Kickstarter. Smarter Stand will ship to consumers this Fall.
