According to Chitika, who has been tracking iPad adoption rates on its ad network of more than 100,000 sites, the Apple iPad will account for more than 2% of all web traffic within the U.S. by the end of next year.

Net Applications have kept a close eye on the iPad since its launch back on April 3rd. According to their report, since its arrival, they have seen a steady increase in web traffic coming from the device from 0.01 on launch day to 0.04 percent on April 10th and 11th.
